The 15th District Clergy and Community Alliance partners with the 15th District Police Department to provide an effective approach to foster relations with the residents of the district by building trust and encouraging enhanced levels of community participation, as the Alliance strives to improve the quality of community life by addressing significant issues, which reflect community-wide concerns.
